The Club has a number of qualified umpires and occasionally arranges umpire forums to discuss rules internally and with invited guests.
Consideration is being given to running another Level One course, but before deciding if this is something you would like to try, there are opportunities to umpire Badgers and Junior matches or even in the Summer League. Arrangements can be made for someone much more experienced to umpire alongside you so you don't feel too exposed! Simply make yourself known to Guy Murphy who will be pleased to accommodate you.
The Club needs to make approximately 250 umpire appointments each season and some weekends it is essential that players make themselves available to supplement the 'full time' umpires. If you are asked and you are able, please make the effort to help out.
