Timescale We will hold your personal information within our systems for as long as you remain a member of the club. When you cease to be a member all personal data will be deleted within 6 weeks of the date of your resignation.

Security Your data will be managed by myClubhouse software supplied by Simmetrics Ltd who manage data for similar clubs in a secure hosting environment. Your data will be retained within the United Kingdom other than where it is transferred to a third party for the purpose of setting up a payment regime where it will only leave the United Kingdom if security meets the UK’s security requirements.
All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.
We, Rugby and East Warwickshire HC, make use of the myClubhouse software supplied by Simmetrics Ltd to process personal data we include on our myClubhouse website in accordance with our privacy policy set out above.
